COLORTRAP

TECHNICAL REPORT:

Trap for monitoring the phytophagoes Insects and for their massive capture.

CARACHTERISTICS:

Colortrap is a rectangular trap of sizes 10 x 25 cm, aimed at monitoring or at the massive capture; it may be used in the open country and in the closed premises, such as stables, silos and foodstuffs stores. Namely, the Colortrap, thanks to its size, is very well versatile and therefore it may be used a universal trap. The Colortrap is activated by the colour of the component materials and induces the insect to go near the trap where it remains glued definitively.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

Assemble the trap following the instructions written on the package. In the open country put the Colortrap high above; in the closed premises put it above the foodstuffs where it is possible a change of air. Fix it in the stablest way, avoiding that it may be moved by the wind.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION :

Controltrap is may be used for monitoring Lepidopterans, Dipterans, Aleurodidi, Thrips. etc. Namely a reduced quantity of traps for each surface's unit allows to monitor the insects' population in order to decide when intervene. In the greenhouses it may be possible a massive capture for each 6 mq.
